Class info for Circuit Training

Tuesday and Thursday from 12:45-1:15p

Circuit Training for 30 min express, class size is 10 people.

Circuit Training is a fast-paced class in which you do one exercise for 40 seconds, rest for 20 seconds and then move on to another exercise. It’s like a game of musical chairs. Alternating Cardio and Muscle strengthening exercises. This class is also for all fitness levels and can be scaled to meet your level and challenge you to improve!
